Kenny started his racing career driving for my dad. He worked for my dad and became a part of our family. I followed his career and life and visited whenever I was in town. He and Sue were the perfect couple and are now together again. You are in good hands now my friend. Condolences to the Family.

Was raised with Ken and had many laughs together. He always told you the exactly the way it was. He will be missed, I can already see him building his car to run around heaven, and getting a ticket for loud pipes. He will be missed by all Bob Tucker

"Kenny", never Ken, was a childhood Hero to me. I could never race cars like him, but through him, I learned to love racing. For those memories, Thank you, Kenny. To his family, my sympathy for your loss. To his many racing fans, a chapter of history has finally been written. RIP, Kenny,

My deepest sympathy's go out to the Van Blargen.
I used watch Kenny race at Kearney Bowl in Fresno, as a youngster and give Al Pombo and Marshall Sargent a run for their money every time he showed up. Kenny could drive any thing and he did. Thank you Kenny, for all those wonderful memories. RIP From an old race fan.

Kenny was my childhood hero! As a kid I spent every Saturday night watching him race at Atascadero. My dad was pits mgr so I got to hang out in the pits & knew everyone. Kenny was wild & crazy back then & thrilling to watch --oh, those crashes! Of course he mellowed eventually & didn't wreck so many cars. :) Kenny will be missed by all, esp race fans, young & old alike.
God Bless Kenny

My dad and Kenny were longtime friends. I met Kenny when I was a teenager and helped him in the pits during a short stretch of his long racing career. He was a good friend and I will miss him.
