Margie Lee Channell, 81, of Paso Robles, was born in 1931 in Erick, Okla., and passed away peacefully Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at her daughter''s home, surrounded by loving family. In 1947, Margie migrated from Oklahoma to California with her parents, Dee and Virgie Stockman, and family. She married the love of her life, Tommie Channell, on April 1, 1948''?they lived a true love story during their life together. They had two children, Edward Channell (1948) and Beverly Estes (1952). Margie leaves her family loving, warm memories. Margie is survived by her son, Edward Channell (Ginger) of Paso Robles; daughter, Beverly Estes of Grover Beach; seven grandchildren Kimberly Lithwin (Alan), Ike Channell (Ashli), Lacey Molesky (Jerry), Heather Lowry (John), Ryan Estes (Kimber), Tonya Nevarez (George) and Hardy Estes (Alison); and seventeen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Don Stockman (Sandy), L.V. Stockman (Rose); sisters Shirley Wysinger (Paul) and Myrna Pruitt (Jerry); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded to eternal life by her parents; husband, Tommie; brother, Perry; and sister, Kay. Viewing will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel, 1239 Longbranch Ave. in Grover Beach. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Shandon Community Cemetery, with a celebration of life to follow at Edward Channell''s residence. Dear family, I'll be missing your mom. We had great visits when she had her hair done, and I loved her stories about the family. I'm sad she's gone, but I know she's at peace with God and Tommy. Prayers for all you, Pamela and John PS love this picture...
