Betty Fay Bowdish, 75, of Los Alamos, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Betty retired from Simplot frozen foods after 30 years, also serving as a union steward. Betty managed the Rancho Jamore Trailer Park in Los Alamos while retired and worked as cashier for the Central Coast Gun Show's for the last 20 years, always with a wink and a smile. Betty is survived by her children Monty Elliot, Shelley Janke, Rochele Dale and Guy Bowdish Jr.; her grandchildren, Jason, Amber, Chad, Dakota, Sierra and Cheyenne, and her great-grandchildren Jessica and Destry. Betty is also survived by her sisters, Lorraine Pazdowski, Roberta Merchen, Elsie Brekke and Anda Padgett, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will be missed, lovingly. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 11th, 2014, at the Arroyo Grande Cemetery. Reception to follow. Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel, Grover Beach 489-5552.
