Jana Lee Carlson, 34, of Paso Robles, passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, in Templeton. She was born in June 1979 to Jim Osborn and Vicki Valdivia in Paso Robles, a fifth generation Central Coast resident. She married KC Carlson in Templeton on Dec. 27, 1997, and was the mother of four children. She graduated with her Associates Degree from Cuesta College. Jana was employed as Assistant Tasting Room Manager at Broken Earth Winery and Kennedy Fitness in the children's care dept. Jana and KC had created a non-profit foundation to help people who struggled with drug addiction. Jana will be remembered by her loving husband, KC; four children Zyan, Kade, Taylor and Kaci; sister, Inea Valdivia; Victor Valdivia; family member's Aunt Jennie Schwarzkopf, Uncle John Osborn, Aunt Darlene and numerous cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of life for Jana at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at Highland Church, 215 Oak Hill Dr. in Paso Robles, with a reception to follow.
