Carson City, NV
Noel's family is celebrating his life privately. Noel was born in Santa Cruz, A graduate of Watsonville High School where he also played football and competed in track, he went on to serve 4 years in the Air Force as a jet mechanic. Noel loved and enjoyed his family, loved to attend auto and horse racing, he loved seeing or being near the ocean which always put a smile on his face. We go on with heavy hearts and to say Dad (Gramps) will be dearly missed. Noel is survived by his son, Mark and Daughter inlaw Melissa Page, and Daughter Julie Wingfield and Son inlaw Jason Wingfield, 6 grandsons, Scott & Sean Page, Justin, Jarrod, Jakob,& Jayden Wingfield.

Noel, thanks for all the great times we had, and laughs. I often tell the story of racing that Tbird in Nevada, until the smoke was coming up thru the floorboards in Old Blue. We must have been going 120mph, the speedometer was topped out. May you rest in peace, and we'll all be together again one day. You will always be remembered.

I am not any stronger in my sad emotions for you but feeling like I can write a little bit more. I have to say that you put many smiles on our faces and I was so happy to have you as my father in law! In order for me to have my beautiful family you gave me Mark and then we were able to carry on the name to our children, I am so happy and proud that you were able to play a role in Scott and Sean's life and they will carry on the memories to thier children some day. You will always be greatly missed and I know we will all be together once again and enjoying the things we all love once again. Til then RIP Noel and thank you for such wonderful memories and stories I will hold near and dear to my heart. Lots of Love Your daughter in law Melissa

Dad, as I look out over your ocean with teary eyes and sadness in my heart. I will always think of all the great times we had together over the years. I have learned so much from so many people, but you are one of the few I have derived so much of my inspiration and knowledge from. Many of the lessons I have learned in my life have come from you and I cannot thank you enough Gramps. I have learned so much from you and I am so saddened to see you go. I lack the words to describe how much you will be missed. I can assure you, you will not be forgotten. Everything you have passed on to my father, to me, my brother, and to your future great-grandchildren will forever be remembered. Your memory will continue to live on and will never be forgotten.
