My name sake Aunt Salle'. How lucky to be named after my Moms (Virginia Worden) best friend! We were so sad to hear this news. We have so many wonderful memories of Sardine, the beach, football game parties. I know they are all together now having fun and Aunt Sal will say...Isn't that a kick! with much love Sally and the Worden kids.

On this New Years Day, I see that darling Salle has passed - she was a wonder!! I met Salle & Johnnie in Capitola at our "Park Place", many fun evenings of watching the train go by with a glass of wine-Upper Sardine, just seeing her face here in the guest book makes me smile - I loved them both!

My mom went to high school with Salle and was a bridesmaid in her wedding, so I've known Salle & John since I was a little girl. Always full of fun and that wonderful smile...I'll never forget her. I loved being able to stop by and see her when she was still in Sacramento. What an example of how to live your life.

I cannot believe our dear, dear Salle has passed. She was loved for her great sense of humor, kindness and her great generosity. That woman never met a stranger! The world has lost a beautiful soul. I will never forget you.
