Dear Pat, Fran and I fondly remember time spent with you both after church on Sundays, as well as meals together. Irby's remarkable talent as an artist will always be remembered (and treasured), but indeed, his love of God, family and friends is what made him such an impressive man. Much love to you Pat. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Classic and gentle, always a delight to spend time with Pat and Irby. I know Lonny and Irby are selecting their palettes and painting more clouds for us all to enjoy when we look to the heavens. We have been so blessed to have been able to share life experiences with special men.

Such a pleasure knowing him and having several lunch dates with him and his lovely wife Pat. A humble but captivating man during are discussions on life and art. I was sad to hear about Irby. My Dad, Donald Griffin, always talked highly of him. My regret is that I had an opportunity to look him up about 15 years ago, and I failed to do so. I love looking at his art online and can truly see God's creation through Irby's eyes.
