In loving memory of Andres (Andy) Vigil 20th Anniversary November 02, 1921 - January 11, 1993 If we could write a letter to you and send it to Heaven it would read. Dearest Andy, Daddy and Grandpa, Not a day has gone by that we don't think of you and miss you. You gave us your time, discipline and unconditional Love. You taught us with Patience and Kindness. You provided, sacrificed and gave to us unselfishly. You taught your daughters that there isn't anything they can't accomplish when they set their minds to it. You made a difference in our lives and in the lives of others that you touched while on your journey here. As a family, together we went through our trials and tribulations. You gave us strength, understanding and never judged us. You were the Christian who filled many hats. The man whose shoes no one can fill. You were a hero in our eyes. They don't make MEN like you anymore. We know you watch over us. You're an angel in Heaven now. We wonder who else you watch over. You may be watching over people elsewhere who like you are filling one or similar (hats you filled). Maybe it is the solder, the proud American (Ski Trooper 10th Mountain Division World War II) or maybe the Cowboy/Rancher (Viveash, Chaperito), perhaps the Farmer (Macho), the Law Enforcement Officer (Marshal Pecos, 32 years), the Teenage Leader (Pecos teenage community), the Husband (Lorraine) the Father (Joann, Dolores & Geraldine), Grandpa (Linda, Frank, Orlando and Andrea) Great Grandpa (Miranda, Jacob), or the Friend (the Pecos community.) We cherish all the beautiful memories we shared especially those during our childhood at the ranch. Many children will never experience such a wonderful childhood as we did at this beautiful place with you. Thank you! There are new additions to our family that you never knew. It saddened us that you weren't here to watch Andrea grow, know Franks wife, Rhonda, or met Kurt, Kathleen & Annyssa. Yet it comforts us to know you watch over all of us. We often remember your philosophy when you were the Marshal. I'm not waiting for you to break the law to come to you; I come to you before as a friend. We thank Jesus and our father God for lending us this beautiful man. We were blessed. We carry you in our hearts and always miss the LOVE IN DADDY'S HANDS. Until we are together again, We Love you. Lorraine, Dolores, Geraldine, Tommy Lujan, Linda, Frank, Orlando & Andrea.
