It's hard to believe that it's been 9 years since Clay's passing. I think of him often and how sweet he was to my mother, Joy They had lots of happy times together and took care of each other faithfully. Thank you for this remembrance; it's good to pause and think of those we've lost, and let them bring a smile to our faces again.

We are saddened to know that Clay is absent from us, but rejoicing to think of the party that's happening in heaven as those having gone before him meet him at the gate!

Janet and Nancy, I'm so happy that Clay gets to be in the Lord's presence but sad that he had to leave us. He always had a smile and so enjoyed the wonderful "racing" hat that he liked to wear, especially when driving his little Karmann-Ghia. He was a wonderful husband to Joy and loved all of his children dearly. We'll all miss him.

Always a smile for everyone!

Clay was such a wonderful man. He and Joy were dedicated members of New Life Choir for many years. I enjoyed our times together singing and the fellowship we shared. His example as a loving friend will be remembered.
