I met Colonel Dell in 1982 at a World War II renunion for the 14th Air Force "Flying Tigers". He and my father served together in the 12th Air Service Group in China. A truly OUTSTANDING American who will be missed by all who knew him. I consider myself lucky to have known such a great man and feel very fortunate to have had to the opportunity to visit with him in the days prior to his move to AZ. God's Speed John.
