MARIA SEPULVEDA Obituary
Maria "Cuca" Sepulveda passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 07, 2010 at Country Oaks Care Center. She was 88 years old.
Cuca was born in San Jose del Castillo, Jalisco, Mexico on April 13, 1922 to Manuel and Porfiria Limon. Cuca came to Santa Maria in 1968 to be with her husband Ramon. She attended church at St. John Neumann and was a member of the Cursillistas. Her only desire in life was to have all of her children together.
Cuca was preceded in death by her husband Ramon in 2002.
She is survived by all of her children, Edelia (Enrique) Cantu of Santa Maria, Lourdes (Guillermo) Becerra of Guadalajara, Martha of Guadalajara, Ramon of Santa Maria, Manuel of Los Angeles, Luis (Sylvia) of Autlan, Nimbe of Santa Maria, Ruben of Santa Maria, Jose (Dalila) of Santa Maria, Sofia (Jose Luis) Ochoa of Santa Maria, Raphael (Velma) of Downey, 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
We would like to thank Dr. Arain, Country Oaks Care Center and their staff, and especially the Wisdom Center. With their care and support we enjoyed our mom a little longer.
Visitation will be held Sunday, October 10, 2010 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm and the Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm Sunday at the chapel of the Dudley-Hoffman Mortuary. Christian Burial will follow on Wednesday in El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dudley-Hoffman Mortuary, Crematory and Memory Gardens.
