Marilyn Hutchison Obituary
Marilyn Joyce Hutchison, 76, born Marilyn Joyce McDonald on July 3, 1934 passed away in Marian Medical Center on June 12, 2011, in Santa Maria.
Marilyn was born in Langdon, ND, to Cecil and Caroline McDonald. She moved to Santa Maria with her best friend Marilyn Scott in 1951. Her life was dedicated to raising her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother Ginny, great-grandmother Ginny, sister, aunt and friend.
Marilyn is survived by her husband of 57 years Floyd Hutchison, daughters Dana Sue Middleton (Ron), Cathy Jo Hudson (Phillip) and Terrie Lynn Hutchison. Grandchildren Erin Middleton, Kelli Rossman (Andrew), Kalin Middleton (Tina), Ashli Darrach (Richard) , Corlee Hudson, Justin Hudson (Sasha), great-grandchildren Aiden Hudson, Jacob and Hailey Rossman. Sisters Doris Stein, Betty (Beck) Kram and Geraldine (Geri) Jeffery, and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Cecil and mother Caroline, brother Robert McDonald, sister Donna Brusseau, sister-in-law Inez Martin and Irma Hutchison, brothers-in-law Homer Gene Caldwell, Earl Stein, Willard Brusseau, Bill Jeffery, nieces Linda Chambers and Marla Brusseau and nephew Jason Jeffery.
Services will be held at Pacific Christian Center, 3435 Santa Maria Way, Santa Maria, Friday, June 17th at 1:00 pm with burial to follow at Santa Maria Cemetery.
Friends and family, if they so desire can donate to Pacific Christian Center, 3235 Santa Maria Way, Santa Maria, Ca 93455 and Marian Critical Care Unit, 1400 E. Church St., Santa Maria, Ca 93454.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dudley-Hoffman Mortuary, Crematory and Memory Gardens.
