Patricia Meraz Obituary
Patricia Jessica Meraz, "Santos", passed away at her Guadalupe home on September 20th, 2010.
Patricia supported many charities in her community and loved working with the public. She loved to spoil her grandchildren and also enjoyed doing crafts, drawing, and sewing with her family. Patricia loved to fellowship with her brothers and sisters in Christ. She was a wonderful and giving mother, fantastic cook, and loved having her family gathered together for the Holidays. She will be remembered for her strong character and wisdom.
Patricia is survived in death by her three daughters Rachel (Raul) Hernandez of Las Vegas, NV, Elena (Israel) Sanchez of Santa Maria and Edie (Tony) Yubeta Arroyo of Guadalupe; her sons Eddie (Stephanie) Roy Yubeta of Guadalupe and Angel Meraz of Guadalupe; her brothers Ernie Santos of Blythe, CA and Anthony Santos of Bakersfield, CA; and her sisters Nancy Santos Hernandez of Roberts, ID, Christine Santos Martinez of Santa Maria, CA, and Monica Santos of Los Angeles, CA. She is also survived by her five grandchildren: Jacob Campos, Diane Sanchez, Unique Yubeta, Azariah Yubeta, and Isabella Patricia Rose Arroyo; and her four great-grandchildren: Angelina Sanchez, Anicia Sanchez, Gabriel Sanchez, and Jacob Campos Jr.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Lori Family Mortuary, Santa Maria. A visitation will be held at Lori Family Mortuary on Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral services will take place the following Friday morning at 11:00am at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church located at 1775 South Thornburg Street in Santa Maria with a reception to follow. Donations can be made at Heritage Oaks Bank via the Patricia Meraz Memorial Account.

I love you Tia so much. You taught me so much as a child and most of all as an adult. So many times I went to you for advice and you were always there for me. So many of my happy memories as a child were at your house Tia...where you would spoil me and let me be me.
