I was saddened to read of Ralph's passing. Ralph and Ann were best friends with my mom and stepdad ~ Bob and Louise Brehme in Santa Maria during the 60's and 70's. They were two of the first people I met when I came to live with my mom after high school. We had a lot of fun times back then. I remember that Ann hosted my wedding shower at the house they lived in on Newlove Drive. It had an indoor pool area. My friends and family all had a wonderful time. Ralph was always friendly and always laughing with Bob and other friends while they bar-b-qued on the weekends. Those were the good ol' days. I went to visit Ralph and Ann when they were selling their house in Santa Maria to move back there. Ann gave me a tea set that had belonged to my mom. I still have it. I am glad I got to see them before they left. My thoughts and prayers are with you Ann and all of your family. Love; Jackie
