Frankie W. Cornell Ballston Spa - Frankie W. Cornell 63 of Ballston Spa, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013. Born in Ballston Spa, May 14, 1950, he was the son of the late Alvah and Lena Cornell. He served in the US Marine Corp. Frankie worked for Adirondack Beverage in Scotia for many years and later worked for Saratoga Brewery in Saratoga Springs. He was a member of VFW Post 358 of Ballston Spa and American Legion Post 234 of Ballston Spa. Frankie enjoyed camping and fishing. He was predeceased by his sisters, Eleanor Richards and Carol Donaldson; and his brothers, Charles, James, Donald and William. Frankie is survived by his children, Tammy Morey of Johnstown, Heidi Farr of Johnstown, Jennifer Rowe of Gloversville, Catherine Johnson of Saratoga Springs, Thomas Cornell of Saratoga Springs and Timothy Johnson of Saratoga Springs; his grandchildren, Alexzander, Natalee, Justina and Timothy; brothers, Alvah Cornell, Jr of Ballston Spa and Dennis Cornell of Ballston Spa, sisters, Sally Loya of Ballston Spa and Lillian Bush of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2pm Monday, August 5 at Factory Village Cemetery, Northline Road, Ballston Spa.
