Kari Liedel Obituary
Born Oct. 28, 1997, in Saratoga Springs, she was the beloved daughter of Sarah Liedel and Bruce Campbell Jr.
She was a student at Ballston Spa High School.
Kari loved horses and was never seen without her cellphone. She was an amazing singer and so talented in many ways. She showed everyone the beauty in this world. She had so much to offer and will be sorely missed.
Kari is survived by her mother and stepfather, Sarah Liedel and Derrick Rockenstire of Ballston Spa; her father, Bruce Campbell Jr. of Schenectady; her sister, Kortni Liedel of Ballston Spa; her brothers, Alexander Rockenstire of Ballston Spa and Bruce Campbell III of Saratoga Springs; her grandparents, Deborah and Sal Puglisi of Newburgh, John McClelland of Ballston Spa, Fonda Armer of West Milton and Kathleen and Jason Tyrel of Saratoga Springs; and her aunt and uncle, Heather and Jake Liedel of West Milton. She is also survived by several additional aunts, uncles and cousins and her many friends.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Armer Funeral Home Inc., 39 E. High St., Ballston Spa. Calling hours will precede the service from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kari Liedel Memorial Fund c/o Ballston Spa National Bank, or to Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

I never knew Kari but, I know her grandpartents Debby and Sal. They would brag about their grand children all the time. I grieve with you. I grieve everytime I see a family lose a child. It's something that happens when you lay your own child to rest. Early on the memories brought only tears, but now the cherished memories bring smiles. You too will learn to smile again, but it will take time. Always remember that Kari wants you all to be happy; she is anxious to see you smile. After reading so many comments about Kari I'm convinced she would agree. God bless your family. My heartaches for this family and friends.Noelle Sarah Johnsen died jan.7 2012 in a fatal car accident. I don't know if Noelle and Kari knew each other but hearing that she too had a love for horses, I am positive Noelle has taking her for a RUN IN PARADISE. God bless to all your in my prayers .
