BALLSTON SPA - Patricia A. Cook, 70, of Ballston Spa passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born July 29, 1942, in Port Henry, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Christina Catanzarita.
Pat owned and operated a beauty salon at her home in Port Henry. She moved to Ballston Spa in 1965.
Pat enjoyed traveling and visited many countries, including Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Ireland and Italy.
She liked to go out to dinner with her family and friends.
Her greatest joy was her grandchildren whom she adored.
Pat is survived by her husband, John Cook; her sons, John Cook and his fiancée, Donna, of Glenville, Colo., Thomas Cook and his wife, Denise, of West Point, William Cook and his wife, Eileen, of Ballston Spa and Stephen Cook and his wife, Rebecca, of Ballston Spa; and her grandchildren, Sierra, Tommy, Sasha, Maria, Billy, Brittany, Jake, Lili and Matthew.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2013, at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Milton Avenue in Ballston Spa, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow at Gerald B.H. Solomon-Saratoga National Cemetery on Duell Road in Schuylerville.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at Armer Funeral Home Inc., 39 E. High St., Ballston Spa.
