Thomas R. Eyester Obituary
BALLSTON SPA - Thomas R. Eyester of Ballston Spa died suddenly Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Saratoga Hospital. He was 47.
Born March 10, 1965, in Islip, N.Y., he was the son of Frederick Eyester and Catherine Bergamine Eyester of Long Island.
Mr. Eyester worked as a project manager for Davies Office Refurbishing in Albany for more than 20 years. He was a dedicated and hard-working employee and had a great fondness for everyone he worked with at Davies. They were not only his co-workers but his friends as well.
Thomas was a musician and loved to play the guitar and drums. He was a fan of Nascar.
He loved to be in the outdoors, spending time at Raquette Lake with his wife and children. Tom was loving and kind to everyone he knew. He enjoyed sharing a joke and making people smile.
Most of all, Tom was a devoted and caring husband and father to his wife, Sergia, and their children.
He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Eyester.
Survivors include his wife of more than 22 years, Sergia Coffey-Eyester of Ballston Spa; two sons, Thomas M. Eyester of Sarasota, Fla., and James (Jamie) Eyester of Ballston Spa; his parents, Frederick and Catherine Eyester; two brothers, Fred and David Eyester; and a sister, Susan Eyester of Long Island.
Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at Tunison Funeral Home, 105 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs, N.Y. 12866. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
