GREENFIELD CENTER - Todd Elthan Peacock, 44, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013, peacefully at home with his loving family by his side.
Todd was born Jan. 27, 1969, in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and raised in Greenfield Center. He was the son of Elthan Peacock and Susan Bondzinski.
He attended Saratoga Springs High School.
Todd was an avid sportsman. He enjoyed ice fishing on Lake George and Schroon Lake. Most of all, he enjoyed hunting with his dad. He loved spending time with his family.
While in New Mexico, Todd was employed by Boca Ranch as a patrolman to watch for elk poachers.
Todd was a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America Local Union 370 for 26 years. He was an excellent carpenter.
While spending time with his mother and sister in Florida, Todd coached a Dixie Youth team with his uncle and brother-in-law. That year, they won and went to the all-stars.
Todd is survived by his father, Elthan (Joan) Peacock of Greenfield Center; his mother, Susan (John) Bondzinski of Wildwood, Fla.; his daughter, Jasmine Everetts of Ballston Spa; his sisters, Kathy (Tim) Monica of Porter Corners and Ginger (Mike) Jacobs of Wildwood, Fla.; his stepsisters, Debbie (Mike) Tallman of Saratoga Springs and Lori (Scott) Shultz of Niantic, Conn.; his stepbrothers, George (Michele) Howe of Latham, Tim (Jeanne) Howe of Gansevoort, Mike (Tonni) Bondzinski of Ocala, Fla., and Bryan (Angela) Bondzinski of Houston, Texas; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga Springs.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Del Giacco and associates nursing staff on floor 310 at Saratoga Hospital and Community Hospice of Saratoga Springs.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, where friends and family may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, and one hour prior to the service Wednesday.
Interment following the service will be at the family plot in Hutchings Cemetery on Coy Road in the town of Greenfield.
