Joe was the husband of, Stephanie (Dindlebeck) Cartier; loving father to his three children, Morgan (Cartier) Weston and husband, James, Christian R. Cartier, and Keeley J. Cartier; much loved brother by his sisters, Susan (Cartier) Satterwhite and husband, Charlie, and Cody H. Thompson and husband, Gary, and brother, Gary R. Cartier.
