Henry Louis Gagne Ballston Spa - Henry Louis Gagne, 92 of Ballston Spa passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Born in the Town of Webb, NY on October 24, 1921 “Lou” was the son of Louis P. and Agnes V. Gagne. He graduated from Schuylerville High School. Lou retired from the General Electric as a lathe operator in Gas Turbine. He spent his lifetime doing what he loved, entertaining at the piano in many local establishments, including The Trade Winds, the Wishing Well, the Inn, and The Union Coach House. He was always a positive force, a team player, and a very loving and caring family man. He never, ever complained. Lou was predeceased by the love of his life, Mildred (Gerard) Gagne after “67 wonderful years together”, their only son Lynn Charles Gagne, his half-brother Ernie Provost, twin sisters Blanche Lambert and Beatrice Standish, brother Charles Gagne, sister Rose Natale, brothers in law and sisters in law, Ida and Buck Gray, Ward and Eleanor Russ, Robert Fountain, Leona Blackwood, and Thomas and Marie Gerard. His presence will be missed tremendously by his daughters Sandra (George) Stanislowsky, Dawn (Ed) Fewkes, his daughter-in-law Joyce Gagne; his grandchildren Jeff (Robyn) Gagne, Tom (Diana) Gagne, Jenny (Paul) Madak, Michelle (Scott) Burlingame, Stephanie Stanislowsky, Jesse (fiancée Sarah) Fewkes, Zachary (Megan) Fewkes and Josiah Fewkes, his precious great-grandchildren Jeffrey, Jacquelyn, Jordan, and Veronica Joy Gagne, Jonathon and Corin Gagne, Jordan, Joel and Samantha Madak, twins Brianna and Blake Madak, and Payton Ryan; sister Theresa Callahan, brother James (Myrtle) Gagne, sisters in law Lena Gerard and Nina Fountain, brother in law June Blackwood, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, November 1, from 4-7pm at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. Funeral services will be held 10am, Saturday, November 2 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Ballston Spa Cemetery.
