Marshall Duncan Green - SAVANNAH - Marshall Duncan Green, 87, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 14, 2013. He completed one tour in the Navy during WW II, and worked for over 40years for the ILA Local 1414. His wife (Marie L. Green) preceded him in death last February. To cherish his memories forever are sons Donald Green of Silver Springs MD, Alvin (Renate) Green of Germany, and Carl Green, Savannah, a daughter, Sharon (Curtis) Lemon, Savannah, three sisters, Thelma Nelson, Savannah, and Betsy Price and Marshalene Jones, Miami FL, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Service will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at St. James AME Church. Viewing: 12 Noon-6 p.m., Sunday, January 20, 2013 at the funeral home. Mr. Green will lie in serenity from 11:00 a.m., until the hour of service at the church. Interment: Magnolia Memorial Cemetery.
