Chalmer Yingling

Chalmer Lewis Chad Yingling - HINESVILLE - Chalmer Lewis Chad Yingling, 57, died Monday, April 21, 2014 at his home. Chad had lived in Hinesville since 1999. He was a retired Sgt. Major having served over 20 years in the United States Army. Chad was a loving father, grandfather and uncle. Chad as he was affectionately known to many, was a big animal lover and recently lost Dixie his oldest Black Lab to old age, with Georgia, his other dog remaining by his side when he passed away. He was employed by American Tire Distributors, Savannah, Georgia branch for over 6 years, most of which was as an Operations Manager. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Alice (Fleeger) Yingling. Survivors: former wife and devoted mother to their two children, Denise Mitchell Yingling; son Christopher R. (Tonya) Yingling of Lawton, OK; daughter Sara Rose Yingling of Groveport, OH; sisters Ellie (John) Foster, Judy (Butch) Mills and brother Earl Yingling, Jr. all of Johnstown, PA; two precious grandchildren, Anecia and Keyaira Yingling of Lawton, OK; special friend Brian S. Brown of Hinesville; along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel with Father Adam Kasela officiating. Remembrances: In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in memory of Chad to Wreaths for Warriors Walk, Inc. at www.w4ww.org.
