Arnie Layton (Lakey) Rowe - REIDSVILLE/CLAXTON - Arnie Layton (Lakey) Rowe, 64, passed away May 21, 2009, at his residence in Reidsville. The Evans County native had resided most of his life in Tattnall County. He retired from the telephone and cable industry and was of Methodist faith. He was an avid outdoorsman. Survivors: his wife, Martha Rowe of Reidsville; one son and daughter- in-law, Van and Shannon Rowe of Dallas, Ga.; one daughter and son-in-law, Valarie and Stephen Ward of Rincon, Ga.; two brothers, Terry Rowe of Hagan, Ga., and Thomas Rowe of St. Augustine, Fl.; two half-brothers, Anthony Dunn and Chuck Dunn; three step-daughters, Donna Kurtz and Stephanie and Becky Johnson; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
