Donna and family,
Oh the ache and pain I felt when I heard of your mother passing. Deaths unexpected cannot be explain, but do rest assure that God is with you and will always be with you in the days and years to come. Your mom put intergrity, love and also the love of God in each of her children and the people who was around her. It won't be long and you will see her again. I am always keeping you all in prayer.

"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Mrs. Bowers died in Christ and you can have the hope that you will see her again.

Sis. Bowers was a mother to all of us growing up at West Broad SDA Church. She will be deeply missed. I looked forward to seeing her when I came home to visit. My family and I will cherish our memories of her. I am truly, deeply saddened by the news of sister Bowers' death. I consider her to be one of my mothers growing up in Savannah. Whenever I visited home she always always made it a point to reach out to me with a kind word of encouragement. What a jewel of a person.
