Mr. Joe Collins was one of the finest guideposts in my early life in Hinesville alongside my parents. I will always remember him as a man that not only brought up three fine sons of his own, but also contributed to the development and success of myriad others in his church, and the communities he touched.

Ms. Ruth and family,
We are praying for you during this time but take comfort in knowing Mr. Joe is with his Lord now. We remember many happy memories of days gone by as you taught Shanna music and we visited with both of you in Collins.
