Stephanie Zipperer Schwader - JACKSONVILLE, FL - Stephanie Zipperer Schwader died peacefully in her sleep on January 2, 2013 in her home. She was a native of Savannah, GA and had lived in Jacksonville, FL for 32 years. She is a 1978 graduate of Agnes Scott College. She relocated to Jacksonville, FL to begin her employment career with a national transportation company in 1980. In 1991, she opened and operated until her death, Chatham Personnel Consultants of Jacksonville, Inc. Stephanie is survived by her husband of 30 years, Stephen Joseph Schwader; 2 daughters, Audrey Theresa Schwader and Stephanie Kathleen Schwader of Jacksonville; 2 step-children, S. Joseph Schwader, Jr. of Hohoenwalt, Tennessee and Jodi Kay Schwader of Denver, Colorado; her brother, J. Forrester Zipperer, III of Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA; her sister, Denise Zipperer Walker and nephew Alexander B. Rieke of Suwanee, GA; her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Edward H. Zipperer of Savannah, GA and numerous cousins. Her recent greatest joy in life was the care she and her husband gave to her 3 grandchildren; Mariana, William, and Juliana Cassady. The family will be receiving friends at Hardage Giddens Funeral Home located at 729 S. Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville, FL from 6:00-9:00 pm on Sunday, January 6, 2013. The funeral service in her memory and honor will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1415 South McDuff Avenue, on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 11:00 am.
