Thomas Danforth Obituary

Thomas Wayne Danforth - SAVANNAH - Thomas Wayne Danforth, 49, of Savannah, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011, at his residence. Son of Timothy Danforth and the late Sarah Helms Danforth, he was born in Orangeburg, SC on April 6, 1962. He lived most of his life in Augusta. Tommy spent many years as a musician in the Augusta area. He loved singing and had fond memories of guitar, songs, and his years of entertainment. He had a great love and appreciation for his family that deepened with the years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Williams Danforth. Survivors include, along with his father, his grandmother, Mamie Hall Helms; aunt, Carolyn Helms Meyer; sister, Donna Kinkaid; brothers, Todd Danforth, and Jeffery Danforth, many nieces, nephews other family members and many friends who loved him dearly. Tommy will always be remembered as a loyal friend with a heart of gold. We miss you and will love you forever. You are our Everything.....Rest well Sweetheart.
