Wanda Sue Waters - BLUFFTON, SC - Wanda Sue Waters, 61 of Bluffton, SC, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 in Hilton Head Regional Medical Center. She was born June 10, 1949 in Oneida, TN. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Laura King Woods. She and her husband were residents of Hardeeville, SC, for the past 25 years and recently moved to Bluffton, SC. She was a Baptist who enjoyed praying with and for people. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Waters of Bluffton, SC; son, Michael Waters of Bluffton, SC; daughter, Crystal Waters of Troy, OH; a sister, three grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
