Diane Mae Brown Hugunin - SAVANNAH - Diane Mae Brown Hugunin, 91, of Savannah, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at The Place in Pooler, quietly and in peace. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Brown, of Cyclone, West Virginia, and eleven brothers and sisters. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leland J. Hugunin in 2003. Diane retired from Belk's of Savannah after many years of service with them. She retired as the first female head buyer for a department store in the City of Savannah. She was a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church for over 50 years. She is survived by her children, Linda Reed (Sam) of Savannah; Patricia Smith (Vince) of Savannah; Steven Hugunin (Kimberly) of Savannah, sister, Lula Ann Brown of West Virginia. She was the grandmother of 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation: 5 - 7 p.m. Friday at Fairhaven Funeral Home - Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
