Dear Joyce,
I am numb with sadness, and yet the memories of Curt will bring a smile to my face throughout my life. Curt was simply the best!
He was a unique talent who could speak on any subject. He taught me more about broadcasting than anyone I've ever met.
He was a kind, sincere man with a "tough" exterior. I will miss him, but will never forget his great "laugh." It will stay with me forever.
God, I'm sad.

Curt was a good friend of my family (Pat Forehand, Mel & Senora Prouty) for over 25 years. Most of the time I spent with Curt was when I was in my teen years. I’m now 37, but I still remember laughing at Curt’s stories when he came to visit. Curt was one of the most entertaining people I have ever been around. Curt was a real man and a real good guy.

Joyce, my deepest regret to you and family. Curt was a REAL Buddy to me .Most people don't know, but;Curt was the one who guided me in the cvilian world of broadcasting, after I retired from the Marines in 1979. He advised me to go in to TV sales of which I did with no regrets.. Curt was always a willing listener when I had Questions regarding my career and most of all, would give me a straight answer. if I can be of assistance to you in any way, do not hesitate to call me!!
(843)726-3189.I'll be here for you, for I know that's what Curt would expect from his friends and a friend I Was to him and he to me. He was always there for me and I shall never forget Him!!Love in Christ, Jerry Walker
