Arthur Lynn Gibson, Jr. - SAVANNAH - Arthur Lynn Gibson, Jr., Attorney, 64 of Savannah, GA, died January 3, 2013. He was born in Atlanta, GA, and spent his early years in the Augusta- Clearwater area. He finished high school in Huntsville, AL, and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1971 with a BS and then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1975 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1976. He is survived by his children, Benjamin Northcutt Gibson and wife Linda, Jacob Brehaut Gibson, and Emily Claire Gibson, all of Baton Rouge, LA, and Amos Armantier Gibson of Shreveport, LA; his mother of his children, Carolyn Northcutt Gibson of Baton Rouge, LA; He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Abigail Wight Gibson and Benjamin in Northcutt Gibson, Jr., of Baton Rouge, LA; his brother, Phillip Gibson and wife Debbie of Huntesville, AL; sisters, Dominique Aycock and husband Mark, of Springfield, MO, Amy Shaffer and husband Muio, of McLean, VA and Leslie Gibson Fu of Woodstock, GA and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lynn Gibson, Sr., and Denise Brehaut Gibson. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m.-12 Noon with Church Service to follow at 12 Noon at St. James Episcopal Church, 205 North 4th Street, Baton Rouge, LA.
