Robert C. Robby Coleman - LUDOWICI - Robert C. Robby Coleman, 50, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the Liberty Regional Medical Center in Hinesville after a sudden illness. He was born and raised in Savannah and had lived in Long County 18 years. He was an auto mechanic for many years previously working at Liberty Chrysler and Hinesville Ford and then for First Vehicle in Midway the past 8 years. Robby enjoyed drag racing and cooking, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Ludowici. His father, Al Coleman, preceded him in death. Survivors are his son, Robert Coleman of Rincon; his mother, Bobbie Ryon Coleman of Savannah; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Dixie Coleman of Hinesville and Roy and Angelia Coleman of Rincon; a niece, Stephanie Kunda and husband Richard; three nephews, Brian Coleman and wife Jessica, Brandon and Ryon Coleman; a great-niece, Allison Kunda, and numerous cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, April 8 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 9 at 2:00 P.M. at the Gum Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Stanley Todd officiating. Burial will follow in the Allenhurst Presbyterian Church cemetery.
