Tom and I knew Barbara in her years as deacon at St John Baptist Episcopal Church in Thomaston ME. Her generous spirit equaled her energetic outreach to those less fortunate than many of us. Of course, we enjoyed her sense of humor in our book groups and gatherings. Tom and I extend our sympathy to her family as we look back on the well-lived lives not only of Barbara, but also of Gordon and Kelsey.
