90, of San Bernardino, passed away peacefully on Saturday, the 2nd.
He was born to the late Louis and Minnie Helfman on June 17, 1922 in Brooklyn, New York. He moved with his family to Los Angeles at the age of thirteen and met his sweetheart, Isabel Pressman there at the age of twenty. They were married a year later on August 22, 1943 while he was a PFC in the U. S. Air Force.
Stanley was an active member of Temple Emmanuel and was a real estate broker in Fontana for sixty years, after having worked as a realtor with his father for many years.
He was a kind, generous and gregarious man who loved to laugh and cherished time with his family and friends.
Stanley is survived by his loving family: wife Isabel of San Bernardino, daughter Ilene of Denver, CO and two sons Alan, of Lake Arrowhead and Jeffrey of Eagle, ID.
The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 6 at 1 p.m. at the Mark B. Shaw Funeral Home in San Bernardino.
