DORIS JONES Obituary

DORIS MAE JONES Age 88. With great sadness we announce the passing of our Nana, Doris Mae Jones. She died peacefully with her family at her side, September 12, 2010, in San Bernardino. We are and will always be proud of the time we had with Nana. One of her most proud moments was when she graduated from Jr. College at the age of 58. She retired after 50 years as a Beautician at various salons, primarily in San Bernardino. She was a devoted and lifetime member of the LDS Church. She is survived by her daughter, Tamara Morales and her husband, Ed of San Bernardino; 4 Grandsons Joaquain, Lino, Ian and Jesse; 2 Granddaughters, Tracy and Sherri. She was preceded in death by all five of her siblings, and also her husband, Clyde, her 2 daughters, Sherrell and Charlene; and son, Kenny. Church Service will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 17, 2010, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1244 E. Pacific Avenue, San Bernardino. Viewing will be prior to the service from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. and Interment will follow at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton. After the committal service a reception will be held back at the church. Condolences may be sent on-line at www.bobbitt chapel.com. "Thank you to all the caring hands that gave comfort and love to our Nana Doris."
