Barbara Ann (Littlepage) Patterson
Passed away Tuesday, August 12, with her loving family at her bedside. Mrs. Patterson was an Inland Empire native, born in San Bernardino on August 29, 1941. She graduated from Redlands High School (59) and attended SBVC where she met the love of her life, John Patterson. They were married in 1960 and, with the exception of relatively brief stints in San Diego, Glendora and Saudi Arabia; they have been Inland Empire residents, residing in Colton since 1983.

Barbara dedicated her life to loving and nurturing her family, starting with John and growing to include daughters Susan Patterson and Cara Jo Dietrich, grandchildren Emily (Patterson) Sessions, Kilara and Austin Dietrich, and great-grandchildren Ryan, Kasey and Wyatt Sessions. She was a loving sister to Mel Littlepage of Basye, VA, and Dava Kelly of Yucaipa. She was predeceased by her parents, Melton (Earl) and Martha Jo Littlepage and her youngest daughter Cara Jo, all of Yucaipa.

A memorial service will be held in the Upper Chapel of Montecito Memorial Park on Monday, August 18th, at 10 AM, followed by a reception for family and friends at the Patterson home. Memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's name to the National , or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
