Billy Ray Belvins (Shake)
Age 38, passed away July 10, 2012 at LLUMC. A lifelong resident of San Bernardino, he graduated from Sierra H.S. in 1991. He was an auto mechanic for 30 years. Survived by: his father, Authur Belvins, & 4 children: Raynesha, Janesha, Dawnesha & Liyah Belvins.
