Evelyn Sturges Miller

Evelyn was born March 14, 1922, passed away April 15, 2012. She attended Long Beach schools, graduating from Wilson High in 1940. She was predeceased by her mother, Ada Sturges; her two husbands, Virgil Perrin, who worked as a photo engraver for the Press-Telegram after serving in the Air Force as a bombardier in WWII, and Clarence (Bud) Miller who worked around the world for Signal Oil Company. During these years Evelyn and Bud lived abroad in England, Italy, Venezuela, Tunisia, Ghana, etc. Evelyn's last home was Laguna Woods where she worked as a starter on the golf course. She is survived by her son, Dennis (Lynn) Perrin; grandsons, Jeff and D.B. (Amporo) Perrin; granddaughters, Lisa (Mike) Mullen, and Heather (Garret) Judge; great grandchildren, Sofie, Lili, Rylee, Bryar, Anabella, Hayle and Helen; sister, Phyllis (Doug) Didriksen; nieces and nephews.
