"Accentuate the Positive, Eliminate the Negative"
George joined his best friend and the love of his life, Marge, on December 11, 2012. George passed away peacefully, and is predeceased by his daughter, Georgette, and his son, Robert. George was born in 1922 in Elie, Canada. He was a jack of all trades working on the family farm, supporting the troops of WWII, a heavy machine operator on the St. Lawrence Seaway in Quebec, and a Jake brake specialist for Freightliner's in Chino. Being bilingual French, he made friends easily. His 200+ Canadian family members will sorely miss his laughter. He was a Humanitarian, the rock of his family, able to fix anything with nothing. He is survived by Alice Dufresne Reyes (Valentine), Richard Dufresne (Francine), Anne Marie Dufresne Wurdeman (James), and Theresa Dufresne. He was so proud of his 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Special gratitude extended for Lupe, Bob, Dr. Westra, and Kaiser Staff. Arrangements will be handled by Draper's. A member of St. George's Church for 53 years, his Mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 17th at 10am. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the George and Marge Nursing Scholarship c/o Gavilan College 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd. Gilroy, CA 95020, or to a
