Irwin "Sonny" Katzman
79, of Cherry Valley, California passed away on June 21, 2013 at his home.
A celebration of life service will be held at noon at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in San Bernardino on Wed. June 26, 2013. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon prior to the service. Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside at 2 pm. Reception will follow.
Sonny was born on Sept 13, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York to Sarah and Benjamin Katzman. He is survived by his wife Fayette Katzman of Cherry Valley and his two sons Brad and Richie, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Sonny and Faye owned Sonny's Radiator in Yucaipa for over 30 years. Sonny served in the Korean War was active as a volunteer at the VA Loma Linda for many years and actively involved in the Jewish War Veterans,Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Vets, and Lions Club.
