Marjorie Peizer Obituary

Marjorie Alice Peizer Marjorie Alice Peizer passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2009 at Panorama Convalescent Center in Lacey, Washington. She was 88. Margie was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to David J. Blake and Laura A. Thuesen. Margie's family was among the early settlers of that area. Margie and her mother relocated to Los Angeles, CA in 1937 where Margie graduated from high school. She met Sid on a bl ind date. They married and recently celebrated their 68th anniversary. She was a past president of Las Hermanas and a former member of Long Beach Yacht Club. They were long-time residents of the Long Beach area. Sid currently lives in Lacey, Washington. She is survived by her husband, Sid Peizer; her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Lynnette Peizer of Olympia and grandchildren, Lindsay Stenger Joly of Solana Beach, CA, Lauren Peizer, Bailey Peizer and Erin Harrell of Olympia and Leah, Brittany and James Epp erson. Margie was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Stenger Furman; her parents; three sisters, Norma, Hermina, and Virginia, and two brothers, David and Glen.
