Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Fidel & Ramona Mendoza. He is survived by his siblings Bobby, Mike, Lisa and Laura. He also leaves behind his nephews Mike Jr., Anthony, Vincent, Jacob and Stephen and nieces Sabrina and Salina, along with a host of family and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.; at the Bridge Church, 9004 Bloomington Ave., Bloomington
