At 85, Paul Harmon, was taken peacefully to his Heavenly Home on October 2, 2012. He was born on December 24, 1926 in Marion, Indiana where he lived and worked most of his life. He graduated from Marion High School, was a WWII Veteran, a warehouse supervisor for National Can Co. (Forster Forbes) and a machine operator for Anaconda Wire and Cable. In 1997, he moved to Spring Valley Lake in Victorville, CA, to be near his family. He was a very devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all. He had a heart for children and especially adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He attended Bible Baptist Church. His many friends at the local Koffee Klub gave him many hours of laughter and joy. He was preceded in death by his parents Lennie and Goldie Harmon, as well as three brothers, Merle, Dawson and Eugene Harmon. He is survived by his wife Mary Ellen (Creek) Harmon, daughter, Carol Hendl (Eugene), grandchildren; Greg Andrew (Amber) and Deborah Annette (Randy), great-grandchildren; Blake, Tyler, Alyssa and Kaitlyn. Memorial Service is Tuesday, October 9, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church in Victorville, CA. Mortuary in charge is: Hall Memorial Chapel.
