Stephen Yuslum Obituary
Born Nov. 2, 1957, in Lykens, he was a son of the late Stephen E. Yuslum.
Stephen was a 1977 graduate of Williams Valley High School. He was a member of the Short Mountain Conservation Club and Wiconisco Fire Company.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Khris E. Radel Yuslum; a son, Steve T. and his wife, Rachel; a daughter, Ashely and her husband, Jere Siemanski; grandchildren, McKenzie, Tyler, Lucas and Bryce; brothers, Eugene and Michael Yuslum; a sister, Mary Hammaker; his mother, Margaret Doyle Yuslum; and his dog, Pressley.
A memorial gathering honoring Stephen will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday from John R. Shultz Funeral Home, 406 Market St., Lykens. There will be a visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Dress will be casual and in Stephen's honor wear camo if you have it. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, 18 Wertz Drive, Pine Grove, PA 17963. John R. Shultz Funeral Home, Lykens, has been entrusted with the arrangements.

So very sorry for your loss. I am so honored to have had the privilege of knowing Steve. He always made me laugh when we talked. The Christmas goodies that you guys brought me last year will always be a cherished memory. I pray that your memories bring you peace and comfort. He was certainly one of the good guys. Met Steve And Khris at the auction years ago. Both were always so nice to me. Steve always looked at me and asked me " are you eating again?". I will miss seeing him at the auction but have a fond memory of a very nice man.

I met Steve at the Crossroads Auction. Even though I did not know him for very long, I enjoyed our conversations. He was a good man who obviously loved his family. He will be missed. I'm praying for Khris and family.

I was deeply saddened when I heard this terrible disease had taken your husband/father from you way too early. Hold on to your memories and lean on each other for strength and you'll make it through.
