Ann Budravage Obituary

Ann Rose Budravage, 95, of Minersville, formerly of Shenandoah, died Wednesday morning at her home.

Born in North Manheim Township, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Ella Smith Shappell.

She was a graduate of the Bohrman's Mill School.

She worked for the former Argo Mills, Schuylkill Haven, and retired from Reed's Mill, Schuylkill Haven.

She was a member of the Faith Tabernacle Congregation, Lebanon.

Preceding her in death were her first husband, Charles Rose, in 1959; her second husband, Leonard Budravage, in 1995; a granddaughter, Deborah Schwenk; a great-granddaughter, Caitlin Konkus; two brothers, Calvin and Johnny Shappell; and three sisters, Dora Dierwechter, Dorothy Klinger and Jenny Riegel. Ann was the last survivor among her siblings.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Rose, Schuylkill Haven; her daughter and long-time caretaker, Ellamae Krusnoski, Minersville; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from Dutcavich Funeral Home, 200 Sunbury St., Minersville. Relatives and friends may call from 6 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park, North Manheim Township.
