Harriet L. Wolfe, 93, of 475 Fearnot Road, Hegins, passed away Thursday at Tremont Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Hubley Township, March 21, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Jacob Miller and Mary Elizabeth Wolfgang Miller.

She was an inspector for the former Muskin Shoe Factory, Millersburg, prior to her retirement.

She was a member of St. Peter's United Methodist Church, Fearnot, where she was also a member of the women's group.

Harriet enjoyed listening to the Gaithers and doing word search puzzles.

Her husband, Elwood Z. "Jiggs" Wolfe, passed away in 1982. She was also preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Violet Michael and Elwood Michael; six brothers, Clarence, Levi, Melvin, Jacob, Walter and James Miller; and three sisters, Lillian Miller, Esther M. Klinger and Edna Fetter.

She is survived by two grandsons, Ricky Michael and his wife, Lisa, Tremont, and Terry Michael, Spring Glen; three granddaughters, Beverly Reiner and her husband, Gene, Klingerstown, Cindy Paul and her husband, David, Lykens, and Sandy Weaver and her husband, Ricky, Pillow; 15 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Thelma Wolfe; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, with the Rev. William Danis officiating. A viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Fearnot.
