Nathan M. Spohn, 17, of New Ringgold, entered into God's care Thursday at his residence.

Born in Reading, June 16, 1996, he was a son of Brian K. and Cloressa M. Hilbert Spohn.

He was employed as a bakery employee at Boyer's Markets, Orwigsburg.

Nathan had a black belt in jujitsu, and was a great drum player.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two sisters, Andrea and Angela Horn, both of Fleetwood; and a brother, Steven J. Spohn, who is serving in the Army Reserves, stationed at Fort Hood, Texas.

A visitation with family members will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, followed by a memorial service at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent, in honor of Nathan, to Suicide Prevention Task Force, 1464B Route 61 South, Pottsville, PA 17901. Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg, is in charge of arrangements.
