Thomas F. "Tom" Bux, 69, of 487 State Road, Barnesville, passed away Friday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.

Born in Abington, June 1, 1944, Thomas was a son of the late Mary E. Brusius and Thomas F. Bux Sr.

He was a retired milling machine operator at Silberline Manufacturing Co. Inc., Hometown and Tamaqua. Tom and his son owned and operated Two Tom's Christmas Tree Farm in Locust Valley.

He served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Thomas is survived by two grandsons, Benjamin and Nathaniel Bux; and two nephews, Daniel and David Cairns.

Services and interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery are private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to a . Jane Clifford Ritz Funeral Home, Franklin R. Fetter, funeral director, Mahanoy City, has charge of the funeral arrangements.
