Corrine Pollock, 76, Frackville, died peacefully Monday at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Chester, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Anna Define Carey.
She worked in the banquet service industry for 30 years.
She was a former member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Pottsville, and a member of the Foster Grandma Program of Pittsford School District, Vermont.
"The greatest mom anyone could have hoped for," Corrine is survived by three sons, William D. Pollock, Marleton, N.J., John L. (Lois) Pollock, Wallingford, Conn., and Daniel T. Pollock, Frackville; three daughters, Theresa Romano, Frackville, Tina M. Prior, Branden, Vt., and Corrine Pollock, Barkhamsted, Conn.; brother, Thomas Carey, Delaware; granddaughter/caretaker, Lorissa Pollock, and additional eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She will be sadly missed by her beloved dog, Roxy Jean Sparky Powerball Pollock.
Honoring Corrine's request, services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville, is in charge of arrangements.
